Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Packaging
All shipments arrive in plain, unmarked packaging. No external branding or product descriptions — your order, your business.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at macs_budz@lighthousegenetics.com.
Customs & Duties (International)
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, shipping included.
How to Start a Return
