Returns
We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at macsbudz@lighthousegenetics.com to let us know you would like to return an item
- Include your order number and which item(s) you are returning
- We will confirm your return and provide the shipping address
- Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn merchandise
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original tags
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at macsbudz@lighthousegenetics.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
